Collins Named Principal of Somerset Lone Star

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 

San Antonio, Texas - We are excited to announce the appointment of Lilia "Lily" Collins as the new Principal of Somerset Academy Lone Star. Ms. Collins brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her new role, having served as a high school Spanish teacher, Spanish AP teacher at Somerset Collegiate, instructional coach at Somerset Lone Star, and Director of Bilingual Programs for the Somerset Academies of Texas District.

Superintendent Lisa Freeman Schutz said "We are thrilled to have Ms. Collins as the new Principal of Somerset Academy Lone Star. Her wealth of experience and knowledge in education, as well as her passion for student success, make her the perfect candidate for this role. We are confident that she will lead the school to even greater heights."

Deputy Superintendent Cory Oliver added "Ms. Collins has been an integral part of the Somerset Academies of Texas District family for many years. We are excited to see her take on this new leadership role and continue to make a positive impact on the lives of our students."
